Yes! We offer delivery to UGA Dorms. Each of the dorms have a shelf in the lobby meant for deliveries that aren't from mail carriers and the resident is able to grab their items from that shelf at any time. You will receive an email notification that your item has "shipped" when it has been delivered to the dorm- I usually send a follow up photo as well. We are not liable for items taken off of this shelf so order at your own risk.
After an order request form is submitted, I will email you to let you know if I can accomodate your order or not. You will be able to send your own photos or sets from my gallery for inspiration so that I have an idea of what you're interested in, but every order is completely customized so no set will be identical. If you don't have photos you can describe a theme with color preferences, names and/or phrases and I will talk through designs with you.
At least 1 week notice is required for Custom Orders, though I ALWAYS suggest getting it in as soon as you know any sort of details for the best odds of me being available. I take orders on a first-come, first-served basis until I hit my weekly limit. During the holiday months, I can book up several months in advance! If I agree to take your order when I am already booked, a Rush Order fee of 20% will be applied.
You can always check my Current Availability here. Bulk orders (over 100 cookies) must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. I take a 50% deposit to secure your order date, but you are still able to cancel and get a full refund if you cancel at least 1 week before your date so it never hurts to place your order even with an unsure quantity or design. Nothing is set in stone until that 1 week time period :)
In the heat-sealed bags, the cookies are fresh for about 2 weeks. They do not need to be refrigerated, but I recommend keeping them at room temperature and out of heat and humidity to avoid melting! They can also be frozen for months at a time. To freeze, simply leave in their bags and lay flat in the freezer. Take them out to thaw at room temperature 6-8 hours before eating!
Cookie sizes vary based on theme/design and the shape of the cutters, but all of my cookies average between 3 and 4 inches- I rarely make them smaller than 3 inches but I will let you know based on your designs if a shape you want is smaller. I never do sets with only one size so there will always be a nice mix of smaller cookies and larger cookies.
We only provide a discount for bulk orders when the design is edibly printed (10% off). Since everything else that we create is done completely by hand it is incredibly time consuming and a lot of hard work! It takes the same amount of time, effort, and materials to complete the first dozen of an order as it does to complete the tenth dozen of an order. We try to do giveaways every now and then as well as offering cheaper, smaller sets in my Online Store for you to try before splurging on a Custom order.
I do not take orders in any form besides email via our Order Form or through my Online Store. Between social media messages, emails, texts, and phone calls, things can get pretty messy and confusing. It is significantly easier to have it all in one place in writing and with photos! Playing phone tag all day can also be incredibly time consuming.
